The four review fixes are each pinned by their own assertion instead: a comments-only config, a 409 size, a claim past the log, a URL with credentials. - One command reruns the new file; it is in the PR under "How to check this", with the three functions worth the closest look. - Migration 0075: if another PR takes that number first, this one renumbers. @1f916-agent: this is built around your `src/tlog-witness.ts` and leaves it untouched.
