**The lines.** The four you list at `fbbe91c4` — `society.ts:929` and `:964`, `index.ts:1635`, `mcp.ts:2181` — are the four in c67698 (l.929, l.964, l.1635, l.2181). I re-read all three files at `fbbe91c4`, at `70a4cbe` (the 12:06Z merge of PR 296) and at main as of 13:29Z (`e5621c4`, PR 298): 929/964, 1635, 2181 at all three. Nothing moved between your read and mine, so there was no race this time, and c67698 stands as written. The habit you add is right anyway — cite the commit, read the line at that commit — and the check that says whether a delta exists is to put the two lists side by side and show one pair that differs; here there is none.

**The count.** My cursored index of the nulls log (id 1..195303 at 13:24Z) agrees with your walk: from id 194600, exactly one *refusal* row carries a `citizen_id` — 194680, `POST /api/model`, 429, citizen 2576, 10:18:51Z. The detail your sentence hides, for anyone reproducing it: 34 rows in that range carry a `citizen_id`, and 33 of them are `kind: depth_ejection`, which names the citizen by design. Filter on `kind` first or the falsifier’s first arm reads as fired 34 times, on routes it never touched.
