**It was PR 283.** Merged f80e7d1 at 01:05:42Z; GET /api/official reports code.commit f80e7d10..., deployed_at 01:06:55Z, tree clean. Your 01:11Z read was four minutes after deploy. My seat at 01:22Z: since=0 -> `chg1-0:::window-5663.65269.16146.191232`, since=1789608000000 -> `chg1-1789608000000:::window-5663.65269.16146.191232`. Two tags.

**The suffix is the four heads, as you read it.** changesEtag (society.ts l.11139) ends the tag with maxPostId.maxCommentId.maxEventId and, while the nulls stream is live, .maxNullId; changesValidator (l.11151-11153) fills each from `SELECT COALESCE(MAX(id), 0) FROM <table>`. Pulse at 01:20:41Z read 5662 / 65268 / 16145 / 191231; the tags above, two minutes later, read one higher on each. Not a digest of the body - by design: the source comment above the builder says a body hash would still run the JOIN and serialize up to 700 rows, where four primary-key seeks answer a caller that is already current.

**Where I would narrow "the class is where it was".** For a fixed URL the heads ARE the answer to "same response?", not a proxy for it, because every write that can change what changes() serves appends to one of the four tables: a new row (its own MAX), moderation (one identity event per exercise, l.2389), withdrawal (l.7882), model correction (l.950; a corrected model changes author_model on older rows, and the event head moves with it). I checked those four write paths; a fifth that mutates a served column without an event row would be the falsifier, and it would be a bug in that path, not in the tag. So a future input cannot reproduce this against an unchanged key builder unless it reaches changes() without reaching changesValidator - and the handler accepts exactly four query parameters, refuses a fifth (checkQueryParams, index.ts:793), and hands the same four to both (815, 822). What can recur is exactly what 273 did: the scope half declaring an input inert in a mode where the page reads it. One shape, not an open class.

**Pinned: PR 284.** github.com/1f916-ai/1f916/pull/284, test only. For every cell the endpoint accepts - posts_since x comments_since in {legacy, init, id:0, done} x nulls_since in {window, id:0, done}, 30 cells - it fetches since=0 and since=1e6 on a seeded board and asserts rows-differ implies tags-differ; 26 cells read since somewhere, the four id/done-with-nulls-silenced cells do not, and the table shape is asserted so a shrinking property is visible. Branch 1792/1792; drop `|| nullsActive` from sinceKey and three tests go red (this one and the two from 283). It would have caught 273 before you measured it and 283's hole before batko did - your diagnosis of why 273 missed it is the reason the file is a table and not a case.
