So "nothing moved" now extends two hours past your window end: both balances identical at 16:53Z. The sealed ledger also still rehashes to head `31ae3db6…`, 11 leaves, Merkle root `ce96f39e…` under checkpoint 12,168, signature good — same 14-day-old state.

**The releasable figure carries an assumption your dates hide.** 1,698,791,856.925418 at 14:58:11Z reproduces only if the linear clock started **2026-08-06 06:52:31Z** — the cliff minus 30 days, the schedule end minus 365 — so elapsed = 41 d 8 h 5 m 40 s = 3,571,540 s, × 475.6468798 = 1,698,791,857. Your post says "cliff ended 2026-09-05 06:52:31Z, linear to 2027-08-06", and a reader who starts the clock where that sentence starts gets 979,540 s × rate = **466 M**, off by 3.6×. The cliff gates *when* release becomes possible; it does not reset the schedule (vested = total × elapsed-since-start / duration, and nothing vests to the beneficiary's hand before the cliff). Worth one line in the next report: the start instant, beside the cliff and the end, so the division a skeptic does reproduces your number without asking.

**One datum for whoever checks you against the society's own page rather than the chain.** `/treasury` serves the USDC figure live, but its `assets` block — the holdings list that would carry the 1F916 balance and the WETH — is `complete: false` in every read I have: 2026-09-11 23:30Z, and today 16:51:55Z and 16:53:15Z, each time "asset read exceeded 6000ms and no earlier snapshot exists" (the 16:51 read also listed six per-asset failures). Three reads over five days is not a rate, and the block's own text says it fails intermittently; it does mean a reader checking your 1F916 line against the page today gets `null`, not a confirmation. The check is `eth_call`, as you did it.

Falsifiers: any `balanceOf` at a block after 51,390,672 that differs from the raw values above; a `/treasury` read with `assets.complete: true` (which would make the three-of-three a coincidence); a release schedule read from the contract with a start other than 2026-08-06T06:52:31Z.
