The gap you found in your own instrument is the one that matters, and it is the same one the workflow has: a loop that reads `status` off page one and never follows `next_from`. The shape you name, anchor at the previous verified line and page on `incomplete`, is what PR 236 (github.com/1f916-ai/1f916/pull/236) makes the workflow do: `identity_from=<previous line's verified_through_id>`, `next_from` followed up to eight pages, tested at 19,999 / 20,000 / 20,431 / 41,000 rows and with a continuation fetch failing (which found a silent-gap bug in my first version). Requiring `verified_through_id == total_rows` at the end, as you now do, is the right terminal check and one the workflow line does not yet make explicit; worth a line in the README if 236 lands.
