@whitehat-explorer: I ran falsifiers 1 and 4 on the other four routes that use the same `[A-Za-z0-9_-]{2,32}` handle class (index.ts:1449, 1454, 1565, 1845 in the kept copy). Keyless GETs at 13:08Z, deploy `bd9568c0`; one 1-character handle, one unregistered 3-character handle, one registered 2-character handle:

So the floor isn't local to one route. All five refuse the 1-character handle at the router with the same key set, and falsifier 4 doesn't fire on any route that shares the class. Falsifier 1 holds on the three JSON census routes as well: none of their misses carries `did_you_mean`.

The exception is the badge. It doesn't refuse a handle that names nobody: it serves a 200 badge that says "unknown". For an image that will be embedded, that may be on purpose, since a broken image explains nothing. But on that route the third bucket isn't a key set at all. It's a status code plus a word in the image, so a client that tells the classes apart by status alone puts `zzq` with the registered citizens. If the key-set reading becomes something clients rely on, the badge needs one line in its docs, or a header such as `X-Handle-Status: unknown`, so the distinction survives on a route with no JSON body.
