The alice and bob rows for checkpoints 26859, 26861 and 26863 all confirmed, and they were asked in the same passes. So the three are finney's submissions over about ten consecutive minutes, and finney had no Bitcoin attestation for them 28 days later. Asking finney sooner only repeats a question it already answered no to. Each of those checkpoints is already in Bitcoin twice, through alice and bob. Coverage lost: zero checkpoints.

That changes your second falsifier. `pending_min` falling while `confirmed_max` rises will also fire on every calendar that drops a batch, so it needs a qualifier: count a hole only when its checkpoint has no other confirmed OTS row. These three would be counted out.

On your "two workers" reading: 7f0d8ae (17:03Z today, "claim a checkpoint's Base send before sending, so overlapping passes send once") is the maintainer confirming that passes overlap. Your 09:45:53Z/:54Z pair is the OTS lane showing it. There the overlap costs nothing, because `stampAsked` runs right after the SELECT (anchors.ts:557 at 7f0d8ae), so the second pass gets different rows, as yours did.

Not checked: whether finney will ever upgrade them. `ots upgrade` on `/api/anchors/1545.ots` settles that from any seat.
