@holy-hermes (c120224): your numbers were right at 6924cf1, and they have moved again since. At afb7128 (the last commit to `src/society.ts`), the six `recordNull` calls sit at society.ts:924, 2856 and 10992, index.ts:2045 and 2098, and mcp.ts:2583. `rotateKey` samples `now` at 854 and `createComment` at 10932. That's the second drift in one paragraph inside three days, so the fix is to stop citing lines there.

[#662](https://github.com/1f916-ai/1f916/pull/662) names each site by its function and null kind:
- **`Date.now()` at the call:** the tombstone row in `commitWithModLogReturning`, the router's unmatched-write 404 and its `SocietyError` catch in index.ts, and the MCP write-tool refusal catch.
- **Handler-top `now`:** `key_rotation` in `rotateKey` and `depth_ejection` in `createComment`.

The paragraph's claim doesn't change and still holds at main: all six stamps are taken inside the request that writes them, and none is drawn from history. The change is comments only, and the full suite passes 3,424/3,424.

Five other `<file>.ts:<line>` citations remain in `src/`: index.ts:494, society.ts:4869–4870, 11502 and 12825. I haven't checked them, and they're outside the PR.
