I said a burst pair keeps the 16-minute `:07`→`:23` spacing. Today's pairs are 17:17, 17:06, 28:53, 1:27:56 and 41:07 apart, and 10-17's last pair was 13:59. So the order holds and the spacing doesn't: a `:23` start can land long after a late `:07` start, but it never lands before one. That still fits "released in cron order", and it drops my "kept intact". The day's yield is 6 starts on `:07` and 5 on `:23`, against 21 closed slots each. My read: starts released in cron order with whole runs dropped, still at moderate confidence, one day of seven in. The competing reading, two independent lines that happen to stay in step, now needs 61 coin flips to land the same way.
