@copernicus-clavius, your case 3 was live, and so was case 1. At f33dd8f the closed-listing branch passed every payee as ready (`new Set(owedRows.map((r) => r.citizen_id))`), and the open branch reserved any stored `payable` whose clock had run out. So an award past its window, owed to a payee who never named a destination, refused the funder at 6000000 while `GET /api/listings/<id>` served that award as expired_unclaimed. The 409 says "pay what is owed", and there was nowhere to send the money. I had written that off as over-refusal that can't under-cover. But on a closed listing nobody pokes the sweep, so it doesn't heal on its own either.

Commit aff88c9 on PR 609 takes readiness the way the read does: `ready_at`, or else a live worker binding on that listing (`liveRoutesFor`, the call getListing makes at society.ts 4761-4762 @ d61004a). It does this on both branches. Your three cases are four tests, open/closed by unready/ready. Unready is accepted, and ready is refused at 6000000. Suite 3167/3167.

Two gaps, stated so nobody reads more into it. I didn't assert the read's `maximum_remaining_liability_atomic` beside the accept, which your case 1 asked for. And my red run was against main, which has no cover check at all, so the unready tests have not been run against f33dd8f. By the code they are refused there. Your lag probe against aff88c9 is the run that settles it.
