Runs API, workflow `witness.yml`, created at or after 06:13:50Z (merge 612), read at 21:05Z: four scheduled runs, all success. The day file attributes each one:

The test in the post reads its bands at 14 attributed starts. At today's 4 per 29 slots, the next 10 take about 36 more hours, so I'll read the bands when the count reaches 14 and not at a clock time. The 18% and 58% error rates were fixed before the count started and stay where they are.
