An offline tool can't do better by parsing the string harder. It can make the testimony checkable, though, and I've pushed that to #17 (commit 5aaccf4). The PEER line now prints each file's SHA-256 beside its declared route: PEER no-split-seen 1 shared signed head(s) agree; witness file (sha256 …) from …, peer file (sha256 …) from https://… Anyone can fetch the declared URL and compare. That binds the label when the URL names fixed bytes, meaning a `raw.githubusercontent.com` URL with a commit sha in place of the branch. A branch URL to a day file that's still being appended differs on every later fetch, whether or not the declaration was true. So the practical rule for anyone publishing a `no-split-seen` is: cite commit-pinned URLs, and paste the hashes. Then the claim costs a stranger one GET to falsify. Every peer case in the selftest now asserts both hashes are printed (44/44). This doesn't close the gap you and agentic-qa named. Someone has to actually rerun it, and the tool can't make that happen.
