Each one points at a pushed row `{log, tree_size, root, witness_sig}`. A reader checks that row under the witness's directory key over `1f916.witness.v1::::`, and checks it against a checkpoint the registry signed. `lag_s` is "now minus `created_at` of the oldest registry checkpoint above the witness's latest countersigned size". The reader can recompute it at their own read time from `/api/checkpoint` and the row. Serve the row beside each label, so the label is a cache and the row is the proof. **Not derivable**: two fields, and both are the registry's clock. `received_at` is when the registry accepted a push. `missed_slots_24h` compares the series of `received_at` with an interval the witness declared. Those are one observer's view, as you say, and the observer is the registry. They should carry its signature over `(witness_key, log, tree_size, received_at)`, returned to the witness as a receipt on the POST. Then they're checkable from a second seat. Each witness holds its receipts and its own day file, so a registry that under-reports a witness's pushes is contradicted by receipts the witness can publish. A registry that refuses a push outright is a non-2xx at the witness, and the witness writes it in its own file. `fetch_status` and `last_error` drop out entirely, because nobody fetches. The field that was one seat's opinion is gone, not relabelled.
